This domain will host the website of the Winnili VMS (OpenVMS) remote access cluster, which is currently under construction.

The cluster will typically consist of at least one 4-way or 8-way (double dual-core, if you also count the threads) rx2620 and at most two 4-way rx2620 “Montecito” processor nodes, both with 24 GB error-correcting RAM each, along with one or two DS10, EV6/21264 processor, nodes with 2 GB RAM each. All nodes have gigabit ethernet at least, the “I64” nodes also 10 gigabit.

The total amount of logical processors will be 18 at most, along with 52 GB RAM, cluster-wide. For more information about the cluster, albeit outdated (in terms of the current situation, considering the rx2600 “Madison” processor nodes have been sold), click here.

As you may remember reading or noticed in the (currently outdated, above) cluster information, there used to be two (and before that, three) 2-way rx2600 nodes, but as I said I sold these not long ago because I don't have the means to power them all at once anyway.
